Human beings like to relate to things. They resonate towards familiarity and tend to keep their distance with things that intimidate or creates any element of fear.
Unfamiliarity within a situation, a location or around unfamiliar people. People that perhaps have a different social or physical standing. People who they know may judge them for how they are.
Most of the people that require the services we have to offer as an industry cannot relate one bit to the people offering them.
That in itself is more than likely one of the biggest reasons you’re struggling for clients…..
Not…..you need to be in a better facility
Not….your clients don’t take things seriously enough
Not….you haven’t shown enough pictures of your abs on social media
Not….the coach down the road is cheaper
Stop making excuses for you requiring to stroke your own ego above and beyond relating to your clients and their needs.
Whist you’re stroking your own ego, and making excuses, you could be connecting with your clients to take them above and beyond.
