Weight training won’t make you big
No single food is making you fat
NONE of these can happen unless you’re OVEREATING.
That means you’re consuming more calories than you’re using.
Then we may consider that the apparent culprit and his evil side kick excess calories may be to blame.
Leave the poor spin bikes, rowing machines, barbells, dumbells alone.
They’re not doing it.
Not alone anyways…….
