The one that wins earns the title of their ‘champion’. Thats IF and only if some commercial system doesn’t pounce on your notable results and ask for a nominal sum for you to lie and the reason you succeeded is down to their ‘product’ or system.
You think these celebrities come forward and say ‘Oh wow your product did so much for me that I’d like to promote it in a life changing way for you’
It’s known as greenage and trust me I don’t mean some green powder or broccoli. It’s moolah, readies, benjamins……
YOU succeeded this time because you did something consistently better than you did before. IF you were lucky enough to pick one that didn’t f*** you up in the process congratulations.
If you’re burning off more calories than you consume you lose weight, the trick is to make sure a high ratio of that is fat not muscle.
Its all just a bunch of marketing…..
They’re just an array of different ways to put you in a calorie deficit. They ban foods you overeat, ban or reduce high caloric foods it all very basic. The ones that succeed have one common similarity. You enjoy them.
The butter, the olive oil, the coconut oil, the super berries the super foods, much like the cereal people did many years ago they sold the benefits of consuming something in epic quantities as it was ‘magic’……NO NO NO NO it’s FOOOOOOOD and they want you to buy it. It’s just something you’ve never heard of and before anyone could do any notable research on their deluded claims a million people bought into it. Nothing will make you bulletproof, nothing will make fat incinerate. Make something an extract all of a sudden its a miracle worker. Here are some crumbs, we like to call them ‘EOC’ and as part of a calorie controlled plan they can help you lose weight. Extract of Cake does not work but my authority could have led you to believe it did.
Nuts, seeds, oils, grains, legumes, beans, dairy, fruit, veg, meat, poultry, fish, eggs, roots, leaves, herbs and spices…..dry them, preserve them, grind them, cook them.
Oh and surprise surprise homemade cake is made from the above list, just generally has a lot of calories per slice and as it tastes so good and its comforting people eat too much of it. Once the diet ‘system’ kicks in that stops you either eating it completely or just restricting the amount all of a sudden that tyre starts to move from your heinie.
Industry realises on gullible people. People are currently drowning their food in butter and eating maca powder as if it’s the holy elixir of life. It’s a nutritional fat and the dried powder of a plant root. People are also consuming bars and drinks that have less of the above list in them and more of one that resembles a chemistry class. Heres something, if you don’t know what it is, don’t eat it until you know what it is. THEN you learn something too. BRAIN food 🙂
Just eat a varied and interesting diet consisting of different sources of fat, protein and carbs in a decent amount and ratio for your goals.
Use them in cool combinations and voila you have an interesting diet with the right amount of macronutrients in it for what you need. Even make some cake, just don’t eat too much of it would be a good rule.
Oh and if you can’t cook that may be a good learning port of call…just saying.
Oh and also……don’t underestimate the power of marketing and suggestion. I am now responsible for making you want carrot cake.

Your fat gut is like a small spoilt child, it will cry out for all this shit it wants but doesn’t actually need. YOU as the parent of this fat baby need to make sure you don’t spoil it too often. The more you spoil it the more it cries.
